Yes, at the 5on1store.com, privacy and discretion are paramount to our success! What happens in your bedroom should stay in your bedroom. 

All orders from us ship in plain, unmarked, corrugated boxes.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept return on any used item. 

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If the item is unused and meets the returns criteria and is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Once orders have been placed and processed, the order may not be changed. We offer free shipping on select orders and products. 5on1store.com reserves the right to discontinue free shipping at any time. Free shipping applies to valid U.S. addresses within the continental United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Our shipping rates through Fedex, UPS, and USPS are some of the lowest in the industry.

Orders received by 2 pm PST will be processed the same business day based on product availability. 5on1store.com reserves the right to ship items that are out of stock within 7 days from purchase. If we are unable to do so we will refund the entire purchase or give you the option to have a 15% order discount. 

5on1store.com reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier to which it sends products. For example, if you prefer UPS Ground or FedEx Ground and we determine that we can get the order to you in the same amount of time or quicker shipping via USPS, we reserve the right to make that decision. 

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize to our fans who are outside of the United States. We are working to see how we can provide international shipping at a later time. 

5on1store.com uses multiple courier services. 5on1store.com cannot guarantee or be held responsible for proper delivery times or other service guidelines established by the couriers that we use. 5on1store.com cannot be responsible for delays due to bad weather. 

Suppose a client fails to provide an accurate deliverable address. In that case, the client will be responsible for all shipping charges to have the product sent to the proper address, and this may include any expense that 5on1store.com incurs due to having the product returned to us. 

5on1store.com is not responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by the country that the product is delivered. The receiver (the customer) is responsible for paying all fees. 5on1store.com is not liable if your order does not clear customs. Please inquire with your local government agency regarding such fees before placing your order.
